Proof of life is done using a video with active verification of movements.

The accepted formats for the video submission are:

WEBM video	.webm	video/webm
QuickTime	.mov	video/quicktime

For all submission methods, there is a payload size limit set at 50 MB.

It is highly recommended to use the multipart/form-data method to optimize the submission process, allowing the upload of files up to 50 MB without any difficulty.

If you choose to use the application/json format, it's important to note that the limit for the file size itself may be slightly smaller.

For the video capture, it is recommended to use the following settings:

Attribute	Value
FPS	30
Maximum Width/Height	1920 pixels
Maximum Duration	5 seconds
Maximum Size	2MB

Additionally, the video must have an aspect ratio (width/height) between 0.44 and 2.3.
